What’s Covered Under the No Monkey Business Guarantee?
Our No Monkey Business Guarantee covers all services and products listed on your invoice. If there’s a problem with the materials or the way a service was performed, you’re protected for 3 months or 3,000 miles—whichever comes first—starting from the date and mileage noted on your receipt. To keep the guarantee in effect, just make sure your vehicle gets regular, manufacturer-recommended maintenance during that time.
What’s Not Covered Under the No Monkey Business Guarantee?
While our crew may perform a few visual safety checks during your service, these are just quick inspections—not full diagnostics or repairs. We’ll let you know if we spot anything concerning, but we can’t guarantee we’ll catch every issue. It’s always a good idea to follow up on any recommended repairs as soon as possible.
The No Monkey Business Guarantee also doesn’t apply if:
- You declined recommended labor, parts, or services listed on the original invoice.
- Someone alters, tampers with, or attempts to fix the issue without written approval from the original Grease Monkey Service Center.
- You experience indirect issues like lost time, vehicle downtime, or inconvenience.
This guarantee is all about standing behind the services we perform—clearly, fairly, and with no monkey business.
How to File a No Monkey Business Guarantee Claim
Need to use your No Monkey Business Guarantee? No problem. Just head back to the same Grease Monkey Service Center where you received the service, and bring your original invoice with you.
The crew may need to inspect your vehicle before making things right—it’s all part of making sure we take care of the issue the right way.
